愛期艾爾軸承年后更新了一批軸承計量設備,包括光譜分析儀,數字化粗糙儀,數字化輪廓儀,圓度圓柱度儀,金相光學顯微鏡,數字化光學測長儀等,企業的發展,產品質量的管控將更一步得到提升。最近我們就開始中英文簡單介紹下這些儀器。
粗糙度測量儀是用觸針法,當測針在被測工件上掃描,由工件表面輪廓不平而形成上下位移,使傳感器中產生信號并將其輸出。傳感器輸出的信號經過處理后,形成數字信息,并上傳至PC機運算處理。
The roughness measuring instrument uses the touch needle method. When the measuring needle scans on the measured workpiece, the up and down displacement is formed by the uneven contour of the workpiece surface, so that the signal is generated in the sensor and output. The signal output by the sensor is processed to form digital information and uploaded to PC for calculation and processing.
輪廓測量儀是用直角坐標測量法,即通過X軸、Z軸傳感器,測繪出被測零件的表面輪廓的坐標點,通過電器組件,將傳感器所測量的坐標點數據傳輸到PC機,軟件對所采集的原始坐標數據進行數學運算處理,標注所需的工程測量項目。
The surface profiler uses the rectangular coordinate measurement method, that is, the coordinate points of the surface contour of the measured parts are mapped through the x-axis and z-axis sensors, and the coordinate point data measured by the sensor is transmitted to the PC through the electrical components. The software carries out mathematical operation on the collected original coordinate data and marks the required engineering measurement items.
